We are pleased to present Yarra One, a recent project by Aloha Pools in the lovely South Yarra, Melbourne. The product of a partnership between EcoWorld International and Fender Katsalidis. The Ground floor open-air plaza roof is framed by a timber clad lattice style structure with integrated planter beds and will be housed as the community space and commercial lobby with public amenities, thoughtfully designed to deliver.

Conveniently located just a short walk from South Yarra Station, residents will benefit from easy access to an abundance of cafes, health & well-being, dining and retail offerings along Chapel Street and Toorak Roads.

Comprising 268 apartments spread across 27 floors, this dynamic high-rise has been designed to maximise panoramic views towards the city. Yarra One combines rectilinear forms and curves to create a unique architectural expression on the South Yarra skyline. A covered public plaza will connect Claremont street to Daly street, and will feature greenery and a three-level co-working space.

Aloha Pools was commissioned to create a unique space for residence to escape the bustling South Yarra precinct and enjoy a tranquil spa retreat. The spa is the first overflowing prefab rim spa. Its absolute geometrics give it a sculptured look and its’ hollowed base makes it look like a shape suspended in space. The spas are fitted with a circular bench for up to 6 people creating an area for relaxing and regeneration. Hydromassage, hydrocolour with underwater LED lighting creates a total wellbeing for the senses.
