Where rustic industrial meets polished sophistication, Victoria & Vine pays homage to New York City's meat-packing district's best hotels. These luxury pools and spas sprawl over three immersive levels and were designed for total relaxation and pleasure, entertainment and seclusion.

Victoria & Vine celebrates heritage and architectural revival, with each pool and spa set within a luxurious space, combining greenery with industrial elements that pay homage to its surrounding vibrant culture.

A clear understanding of the project aspirations allowed our team of expert pool builders to cut to the core of the project requirements with a large amount of design vision to achieve an outstanding result.

One of the plunge pools utilises an innovative construction method with a single piece of acrylic panel to minimise cork joints' leaking, reduce the silicon expansion joints, and protect the faux lattice window framing from the pool water. A considered design element, the faux lattice window frames are a beautiful addition that evokes aspects of the overall property design.

Sustainable practices have been adopted into the building of the main pool with an overflow edge design to preserve the plants planted beside the pool from the burning effects of the pool water. The materiality of the sun lounges within this luxury pool are made of lightweight fibre to avoid adding additional structural weight and are easy to manoeuvre whilst creating the illusion of floating within the space.

The pools and spa have been designed with glass mosaic tiles delivering a luxury interior finish. The subtle use of tiles in the main pool allows the pool to serve as a lap pool without compromising on the overall luxury feel of the pool.

Residents of Victoria & Vine, where East Melbourne meets Lower East Side, enjoy 5-star hotel amenities with approximately 4,500 sqm of secluded outdoor space designed for relaxation and pleasure, entertainment and seclusion.
