Taking in the sights and sounds of the Melbournian skyline, this luxury pool, with its industrial charm, is located on the third floor of a modern warehouse conversation.

Designed with a full-length spillover to create the illusion of an endless horizon, the pool is best appreciated from the third-level open-plan living space with views overlooking inner city Melbourne.

Although not part of the original design, a decision by the client to leave sections of the wall exposed seamlessly fits with the industrial feel of the overall property.

The pool was built offsite by our team of expert pool builders, sits on an engineered steel frame fixed to the home and runs the length of the property to allow for access to the garage at the back of the warehouse conversion.

Despite the challenges encountered with the pool installation, ranging from logistics in traffic management to restricted laneway access for a 100-tonne crane, our team at Aloha Pools met all the critical construction success factors.

When it came to the pool equipment, an innovative and creative approach was required to utilise the level below, which needed to be in sight without compromising serviceability.
