Club Rathdowne is an impressive architecturally designed state-of-the-art facility with first-class conveniences, which aims to improve urban vitality and promote well-being and community for its residents within a freshly minted suburb.

This luxury pool has been designed to include an 11m x 7m splash pad with ground jets and a tipping bucket supplied by RainDeck Equipment. These features aligned with the developers' vision for elements of play within the club facility.

The swimming pool utilises heat pumps and covers for year-round heating to 28* by Sunbather Solar and features a DDA-compliant pool lift. Its interior has a tiled lap lane to cater for the avid swimmer, while still catering for all abilities.

Our team of pool builders utilised innovative construction methods as the swimming pool was built on heavily reactive soil and a perched water table, which required the pool's excavation to undergo dewatering and shoring throughout the initial construction process.

The quality of workmanship is evident in the construction methodology of the pool's engineering and installation. Our engineers and designers took additional steps to reduce the risk of structural movement, surface cracking, and delamination of finishes.

This luxury pool and associated splash pad take prior learnings from civic waterplay structures and aquatic facilities and delivers a new hub focused on health, wellness, and interaction. The facility's unique design uses rooftop solar panels to generate energy across the community site.
