Located in Melbourne's semi-rural east, this luxury resort-style pool, pond and spa of unapologetic proportions was built with modern grandeur in mind. Wrapping itself alongside the house, this luxury pool features a large acrylic viewing panel and an impressive overflow edge, which cascades into a backdrop of boundless native forestry.

The expansive suspended concrete paving area is segmented into different entertaining zones interlinked through stepping stones leading to a separate spa, sunken fire pit, and acrylic viewing panel.

The sheer magnitude of this luxury pool required a great deal of thought, planning and detailed drawings from our team of expert pool builders. Using a hydraulic and filtration system similar in size to one used on a commercial project and introducing a spillover "knife edge" were considered design factors to minimise heat loss and water reduction of the pool.

Due to the highly complex nature of this luxury pool, our team of pool builders, engineers, and designers ensured the hydraulic pipework interacted with the swimming pool structure and that the placement and configuration of the swimming pool in-floor system didn't compromise the pool's structural integrity.

Through a selection of materials that capture its surrounds, commercial grade equipment and water management, this luxury pool is atheistically beautiful with its fine grain details without compromising functionality, safety and long-term durability.
