Additional costs may be incurred at this point if site access is difficult and if
excavated material is to be removed from site. We are unable to provide an estimate
as these items are site specific and depend on the size and location of swimming
pool.
* A bobcat may be required to remove the soil if access to the
construction site is less than 3 metres wide.
* Removal costs and disposal fees may apply if excavated spoil
is to be taken away from site.

POOL OPTIONS
|
The following is a list of additional equipment options that you can select to make
owning and operating your swimming pool simple and straightforward.
Solar Heating:
|
Solar heating systems work using the natural energy of the sun. The pool water
is pumped up onto the roof where it runs through a network of tubes. The water is
heated as it runs through these tubes and is then returned back to the pool. The
solar tubes sit completely flat against the roof and are available in a choice of
6 colours.
Solar heating size is usually measured as a percentage of pool area and is calculated
in square metres. A solar heating system includes a switch and pump.

Gas Heating:
|
Gas heaters are capable of heating swimming pools of any size and are suitable
for both indoor and outdoor installations. For the average pool and spa the heater
size ranges from 250mj - 450mj.
The larger the heater the more rapidly the pool water will reach the desired temperature.

|
|
Chemical Treatment:
|
Salt chlorinators are one of the most effective ways to treat domestic swimming
pools – they can be programmed to automatically sanitise the pool so there is no
need to manually add chlorine. Salt chlorinators range in price according to their
capacity, quality, maintenance requirements and life expectancy.
|
An alternative option is a self-dosing unit. This liquid chlorine feeder is designed
to automatically inject liquid chlorine into the swimming pool at regular intervals
throughout the filter cycle.

Lighting:
|
Standard underwater lights come in a choice of rim colours to match your pool
or spa interior and are available with interchangeable coloured lenses.
|
The LED light range emits a more brilliant light than the standard range so fewer
lights are needed. The globes also last longer compared to a standard light.
|
Cleaning System:
|
A PCC 2000 in-floor cleaning system eliminates the need to manually vacuum your
swimming pool. Each cleaning system is custom designed and uses pop up nozzles built
into the floor of the pool to remove dirt and debris via high pressure streams of
water.

|
Interior Finish:
|
Another option for the swimming pool interior is exposed aggregate which comes
in a variety of colours. When selecting this pebble-type interior there is generally
a cost saving involved that increases with the size of the pool.

SPA OPTIONS
|
|
Spa control systems provide convenient pool and spa operation at the touch of a
button, managing everything from pool and spa heaters, water features, lighting,
sanitisation and automatic cleaning systems. Spa control systems vary in price depending
on capacity and programmability.
